We support deliveries to most regions in Kenya. Delivery is free for small/light items and we may charge a small fee for heavier/bulky items.
Shipping
We do understand and appreciate that you would like to have your ordered items delivered by yesterday. We would also totally like that.
Mobitrends Shop supports free same day shipping for products ordered and paid for before 2PM (excluding weekends). We ship using reputable logistics such as G4S and thus you are assured that the product will be delivered in time.
As part of our guarantee, you have the option to seek a full refund if any order is not shipped within 48 hours (excluding weekends).
Returns
We strive to ensure that the products listed on our site are of the highest possible quality and will work as advertised. As part of our guarantee we offer a 7 working day period in the case that the product delivered is defective, i.e. Won’t turn on, or simply doesn’t work in the case of accessories.
Returned products should be in their original packaging and should have no signs of physical damage.
